Call of duty Advanced warfare limited edition codes not working

bud if i could help i would. the same thing is happening to me but everything ekes downloaded except for the game, it say code not found.

someone knows if in México the limited editions of Call of Duty Advanced Warfare will be also day zero?

 

Wont recognize my AW code

That despite the xbox.com product description page reading:

".... The bundle also includes the full game download of the Call of Duty®: Advanced Warfare Day Zero Edition, with early access and double XP on November 3..."

Several people here are not happy.

 

This is what activision told me after waiting for 2 hours to talk to a rep.

"Actually we are aware of this issue and unfortunately we do not handle cases regarding this since we do not have the codes here for the game. The ones which have them are the retailers since they are the ones who are distributing it. I advise you to contact
them and see if they can assist you with your concern. Is that okay with you?"

Well, Amazon isn't going to know what the code is. Microsoft is the retailer and Amazon is the middle man. According to others, Microsoft is telling people to contact Activision. Just a great big circle jerk at this point.

 

I have the same problem, the other codes worked, just not the game code...

 

Microsoft knows this is their problem, if you go to the Xbox live status website, they say they are investigating the issue...

The Limited Edition Bundle is a Day Zero game. I contacted Microsoft and they made excuse after excuse. Sad to think that they sold us a system that doesn't have a working game with it. They did say that they are collecting gamertags and will be offering
compensation for anybody who has had this issue. Itll probably be some $2.99 DLC that nobody would buy anyway. Leave it to Microsoft to screw up the launch of something new.

 

what i find funny is that what your saying is so TRUE, now i have to ask who do we blame for those who downloaded the digital version lol...i think we have a better chance getting hit by lightning that we are getting helped.

I am very disappointed that I can't get the early access that you said you would give us Microsoft.. Myself and others expect something in return for our loss.

 

well they are going to do what they do best and thats give us a month of gold membership -_- which im sure they can do better for being a multibillion if not trillion company

 

I'm in the same boat here. I was happy to get my special edi xbox one day "zero" along with the game. The "DLC" worked but the main game keeps telling me the code isn't found. I was hoping to download this before work but I don't see that happening at
all.

People bought this to get it a day early or whatever you want to call it How is it fair to us, just because a company wanted to save money by not putting a real copy of the game bundled in with the console that we have to wait an extra day due to someone
elese's screw up? Spending that amount of money only to not even be able to use it it just wrong in every way.

 

cool i have guns and exoskeleton but no *** game to use them in. 3 out of 4 codes worked... lol im so mad...

 

And I contacted Amazon because Activision told me to do that.

Me:Apparently everyone is having this issue with the code being invalid. I'm not sure if they are all Amazon customers or not, but have you guys had anyone else report this to you yet?

Amazon: being sincere with you. We haven't heard about this situation. Normally Activision can fix this inconvenience. However I'm happy to tell you that I have submitted the request to fix this inconvenience. Please allow 1 business day for us to resolve
this issue. I'm wondering if I was able to solve all your questions?

I imagine their promotions and marketing department cant fix the issue, but at least I can say that Amazon has again not failed me on customer service. At least they can tell me they tried something rather than tell me its not their problem or just be rude
about it.

 

I got my from gamestop and have the same issue, it is a Microsoft problem...
