Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare just hangs

Discus and support Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare just hangs in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Anyone else not able to bring up the game on their Xbox One?     Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare just hangs


    Anyone else not able to bring up the game on their Xbox One? It just says the name then goes to a black screen and sits there? Anyone else seeing this?

    Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare just hangs

    Yep its been doing it since yesterday morning. I have been able to play once since sunday.. Spent 60$ for something I can't even play...

    Hi, experienced this as well. This is how I got it to work:

    Power Cycle the Xbox (hold down the Power button for 10 secs)

    Clear Persistent Storage, once at Home screen, go to Settings then Disc & Blu-ray. Go into Persistent Storage and select Clear.

    Refreshed network settings, go to Settings. Select Network. Advance Settings. Alternate Mac Address then select Clear. Then restart the console.

    Start Gaming away
