call of duty advanced warfare issues

Hi. Any more news on this? Since installing the expansion to COD, i.e. Exo Zombies my Xbox One (Call Of Duty console btw) has become very unresponsive. The game gets stuck in-game, through the opening video sequences and on the Xbox home screen where I then
cannot launch any apps or games at all. I have had to hard reboot at least once a day and this does not fix the whole problem.

Well I forgot all about this thread after I got the game to work. I just reset some stuff on my Xbox, but luckly I took pictures of the instructions just in case it happens again. this may work it may not if it doesn't you should talk to someone at Microsoft.
So what I did: clear persistent storage by going to settings>disc and blu-Ray>persistent storage>clear persistent storage>clear it three times. Then after you clear it go to settings>>network>>advanced settings>>alternate MAC>>clear alternate MAC. That worked
for me and I haven't had that problem since. But I did have problems with joining servers as they were down i guess. But I haven't checked if that problem was fixed yet. Hopefully this helps.

 

Thanks cookies143. Giving this a try. Seems to have helped a little bit so far, especially with my Kinect responding a little faster but still not 100 percent. Going to follow this up with Microsoft.

 

When I select HAVOC maps, it looks like it's going to load at first, but every time, I get kicked completely out of COD Advanced Warfare. It kicks me back to the XBOX dashboard. When I select any other type of map it works fine. HAVOC worked fine when I
first downloaded the four new maps. But for the last 2-weeks, I've been unable to play them.

Any know what's wrong??

 

I'm not really sure what could be wrong. Maybe something messed up when you updated it. You should talk to Microsoft. They'll be able to tell you how to fix it. You'll probably rest some stuff. Sorry dude.

 

I just downloaded the latest update and weapons.....and now some of the old weapons I have don't work anymore. Anyone else having this problem?

 

I didn't update or download anything , I just prestige for the 2nd time and now my AE4 widowmaker and all the AE4 assault rifles are bloody single shot sniper rifles , that wouldn't kill a slug at 10 paces anyone else having AE4 issues
