call of duty advanced warfare issues

so i feel like i just wasted money on a game i was really excited for. i got the game on the second and i had no problems with it downloading. i played 5 hours of the campaign, saved and exit the game and went to bed. its the next day now and i cant play
it! the game will freeze on the start screen when it shows the name or it wont find the save device it'll just stay like that. i went to gamestop and replaced the game but its still doing the same thing. im not sure if its the game or the console, im on my
one, but i put in destiny and it worked fine. im not very happy with this, im missing out on the double xp and the campaign.....

How will we be compensated for this mess?

At least you got to play it.lol been waiting since almost 1am and its only 80% at 6pm!!!....im just jealous

 

my game downloaded just fine played for a few hours and today i hop on and it wont start up. xbox one has had so many issues with so many games. now we go buy games with expansion packs pushing the price past $100 and we cant even play the *** games. not
sure how they manage to screw up with every game iv bought for the system. iv had massive problems with titanfall/destiny/ and now cod aw. should of bought a *** ps4. xbox needs to seriously reevaluate how they treat their customers. stop wasting our time
and money

 

My game keeps switching from "installing" to "queued", so I have no idea when I'll actually get to play

 

@sith disconnect your internet then delete and reinstall after hard reset.

 

I am having the exact same problem...

 

I till can"t load the disc it stops at 4%..Wish someone would atleast let us know of a fix or update we all got *** out of dble xp and day zero..so much for a shi%^ launch

 

Engadget posted a solution for the install via disc issue. Haven't seen much in the way of the preload or digital though.

if you using the disc then install but don't accept the update, after it is installed then launch the game and accept the update

 

@PremierSlayer88 im downloading it digitally is there anyway you could help with that?

 

hold the Xbox button on your console for 10 seconds the console will make a noise different to a normal power down. After the console is completely shut down turn it back on and that will have cleared your problem. To be able to tell if it has worked when
you go to start a game it will say syncing this shows that the Xbox has remembered all saved date on your console. This information was given to me by an Xbox assistant when I had problems.

 

I am having the same problems. I have a caped internet because I live out in the sticks loo and now I downloaded the game and I can't reinstall it till next month! I am furious. And there no one to contact at sledgehammer or Activision as its an crape
support website. So annoyed!
