Call of Duty Advanced Warfare freeze and buzzing noise issue...

Just downloaded the new dlc today, and for some reason (this has never happened before) now when I play exo zombies the game will randomly freeze and make an odd stuttering/ buzzing noise and I have to exit and restart the game. This has happened a few times
now within the past hour and im wondering why this is happening. Was playing fine earlier with no problems, then all of the sudden bam, freeze after freeze up. Tried power cycling the Xbox one a few time and still it's persistent. Any advice would be helpful.

Disc drive issue

Seems like this has worked, but im still having problems with call of duty advanced warfare it doesn't make a small cracking noise just doesn't read call of duty first time.

Engadget posted a solution for the install via disc issue. Haven't seen much in the way of the preload or digital though.

Same thing keeps happening to me. I was just in a game of zombies for over an hour and all of a sudden the game just freezes and makes an obnoxious buzzing noise. I don't even want to play it anymore to avoid wasting my time getting far just to have it
freeze up. What a feeling of disappointment! Pay all that money for this crap. Not impressed :-(

 

It comes and goes with me. I powered down and unplugged the xbox for a few minutes, sense then it has been ok. But I do think someone should look into this matter if not already as it seems alot of people are having the same issues.

 

Also I just read that it has been happening mainly to people playing split screen. I've been playing split when it happens to me too. Need an update to fix it.

 

Yeah, been having the same issue too. My friends and I have been playing private match exo zombies switching who is hosting the matches. Between all 4 of us it happens to all of us no matter who is the party leader. So, this is aggravating just was on
level 20 we all had the guns we wanted and upgraded then the game locks. Update and fix this....

 

I have also had this happened to me. I was on a high round with three people plus me and the buzzing noise happened and the call of duty advanced warfare screen popped up. Please someone fix this.

 

I am having problems with this game to itsfreezin up at certain parts in campaign Moro it freezes at the firing range tried everything I no wounded they need to sort it very soon

 

Mine has also been doing this. I contacted Xbox live who told me Activision had a patch for it but Activision Support absolutely sucks. It says you need a ticket number to get support but the ticket page is gives you an error every time. I have played multiple
matches into the high 20 online only to have everything I need and the game buzz and crash to home screen. This is a ripoff. Activision needs to fix this. Activisions number is 310-255-2050 but you have no way to talk to anyone, oh and their support doesn't
even open until 11am pacific standard time which is 3 EST.

 

Well after reaching grand master prestige my game is no longer playable on Xbox one!!!!! After trying every "fix" deleting my gamer tag, resetting my xbox to factory defaults, erasing my save game tottaly un installing and reinstalling advanced warfare 10
times at least this last week. I bought a brand new disk copy only to have the same exact freezing and buzzing nosie playing off or online within a min of starting the game booted back to xboxs home screen. Seriously guys wtf is going on to make matters worse
Microsoft claims its an activision problem and guess what Activission blames Microsoft. Real classy well I guess ill wait for BO3 to come out?????????? because I have gotten zero answers stop telling me to unplug and reset my xbox. Hope this helps but I know
