Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare - Exo Zombies

Hi all, The way I can only play zombies online is to have 2 profiles your live one and an offline one the way to do this is go into zombies with your off line profile and when the screen up choose exo zombies then choose the play on line then sign in with
your live account then you can play zombies hope this helps.

 

The problem seems to be that it wont let you sign in to xbox live that's why that message comes up its got nothing to do with the download it just wont go to the sign in screen unless you do it with a second profile.

 

I redeemed from season pass and does work

 

I bought the. Season pass and it won't let me play. It keeps saying that I'll"A downloadable content package was removerld or all profiles were signed out."

 

i have same problem, contacted support who said they know about the problem and are trying to fix!! no idea when this will be though

 

I just want to play zombies online and i can't. Purchased the season pass a couple days before game came out and it won't let me play zombies online. I have the 4 new maps and gun but no zombies

 

season pass, I have tried every theory for fixing including making a offline account, the zombies works there but once I log back in to my main account nothing!

who wants to play offline??

ok please tell me why i bought HAVOC not season pass for my 360 ive played 1 f¿£!"}n day since its release im bout to take this to the B.B.B. Due to false advertisment and product that does not work. THIS IS BS

 

Downloaded via Season Pass...and when I try to load the following error pops up: A downloadable content package was removed or all profiles are signed out.

 

its 22nd febuary 2015 and the problem STILL ISNT SORTED WHY

 

BOUGHT THE DLC PACK SEPARATE. ITS NOW 22ND FEB AND ITS STILL NOT SORTED I SUGEST EVERYONE DEMAND A REFUND AS THE PRODUCT ISNT AS IT SHOULD BE AND IS IMCOMPLETE, THEY KNOW THERES AN ISSUE AND ARE IGNORING IT. PATHETIC

 

When i launch Advanced Warfare i go into Exo-Zombies i click local play or xbox live to play and a error pops-up and says "A Downloadable content package was not loaded because it is either missing or damaged, try to re download the content, some content
may be unavailable until downloaded again from the Xbox Game Store" and when i press on xbox live/local play again it says "Additional content required Purchase the havoc dlc or the season pass to play exo zombies" and it takes me to the store, i re downloaded
everything including compatibility pack, title update, and the dlc itself, i dont have atlas gorge, the Havoc DLC is in my Purchase and Download History, and i still am unable to access the dlc, i found just one post like this for ghosts and it was because
he was missing the season pass, but i bought thd stand alone map pack, why am i getting this error? How do i get past this? Please help! And when it takes me to the in-game store, it says that i dont have havoc dlc purchased! i have tried contacting Activision,
Sledgehammer and even XBOX live chat support, but nothing, they coudnt tell me how to fix this! please help me!

 

I have the same problem and heres how i fixed it, .....

1.get into advanced warfare and go to where you get into exo zombies

2.sign out of your normal profile and sign into a profile WITHOUT an xbox live membership

3.click on exo zombies and it should work

4. once you are in sign out of that offline profile and sign into your normal xbl account and you are good to go! :3

 

I can't play it and I bought the DLC separately. I can play the new maps it just won't let me play exo zombies
