Call Of Duty Advanced Warfare Digital Pro Edition DLC not working.

I am currently having a issue with Bonus Digital Edition Personalization Pack which includes a custom weapon camo, reticle set and playercard.

I have redeemed the code perfectly and have the DLC installed, but the content above is not showing up in game. The friendly Xbox Support team is currently looking into my issue and hopefully can resolve it for all of us.

I have bought Season Pass yet cannot download DLC "Havoc"

I have bought Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare Digital Pro Edition. I have downloaded Season Pass but I cannot get access to DLC "Havoc" in in-game store. Could you please assist?

 

I have a question, did you purchase the digital pro edition or the limited edition console.

I have contacted Activision and they were un-helpful. I am very upset at the service Activision gives their customers. I had to chat with with 2 different support agents and got disconnected from each session right as i started getting direct. I entered
my reference number that MS support gave me, and they told me they didnt have the technology to look up my problem. They needed me to upload proof that i had the content purchased on my xbox. I stated i have all the proof necessary and tried to upload a photo.
The upload failed and i got disconnected. I then re-contacted them through support again. When i talked with the second agent, he told me he didint have the technology to look up my previous conversation that i had with each individual. Even i can look at
my case chats. i then got disconnected from him after confronting him about all of these problems. I looked at my case and no joke, i beleive they edited my second conversation to make it look like they helped me the best they could. I have had it with Activison.
All the lies and problems, excuses ect. I would be more then happy to share my thoughts with a Xbox Agent. There is no need for everyone to go through this trouble. Here are pics of the conversations.
