    Call of Duty Advanced Warfare Console Edition Download slow as crap!


    I have a 40mbps connection and speediest shows 38mbps free, I've received my Call Of Duty Advanced Warfare Console Edition with download game but in the last hour it's only downloaded a meagre 4% of the game. Guess Microsoft Servers are just hammered to
    death. This really isn't a good advertisement for Christmas when more people will be buying Xbox One's and games. Xbox Live Status page at Xbox Live Service Status | Xbox Live Service Outage says there's "Purchase and Content Usage:Limited".

    At this rate it's going to take 25 hours on a 40mbps connection to download, that's near download modem speeds!

    That despite the xbox.com product description page reading:

    ".... The bundle also includes the full game download of the Call of Duty®: Advanced Warfare Day Zero Edition, with early access and double XP on November 3..."

    Figured out why the COD: AW bundle codes don't work

    Nope, even on the Microsoft website the bundle says Day Zero:

    "The bundle also includes the full game download of the Call of Duty®: Advanced Warfare Day Zero Edition, with early access and double XP on November 3, plus two custom weapons: the AK-12G Assault Rifle and Crossbow-B2."

    Call of Duty Advanced Warfare Console Edition Download slow as crap!

    I too am disappointed in the SLOW download. 12mb DSL I am having a little better luck than you. 1.5 hours 15% download.

    Mine speeded up a lot since on both Xbox's but one has now stopped at 26% and won't go any further, looks like i've caught the corruption bug and will have to delete and start over. Really crazy! Ah well, other one is at 68% and going strong (touch wood).

    Xbox one bundle with new call of duty ?

    Simply Games do a bundle with the new white Sunset Overdrive bundle & COD for £339.99, it's out of stock at the moment but worth keeping an eye on in case it comes back in stock.
