    Call of Duty: Advance Warfare Reviews

    I can give ya my hands on review, it's call of duty what do you expect? If you enjoy call of duty you'll enjoy this. A word of advice, you'll read many on here say they only buy call of duty for the single player,,.

    Call of duty single player is an on rails shooter that is almost as poor as battlefields multiplayer. Ignore anyone who buys a call of duty game exclusively for its predictable on rails single player.

    Is the 360 version different in terms of gameplay?

    Are the maps the same stupid size as Ghosts?

    Will lag compensation/latency be a factor as it has for the last 4 years (shoot first, die first!)

    ^ Even though the MP I won't touch I have read the maps are quite small and very fast paced.

    As for lag etc, no idea, as I said I won't touch the MP.

    I am reading though a few are having issues today, some have reported already having the game pre-loaded but when they turned the console on it wasn't there and are having to re-download it. Also quite a few reporting it's taking ages to download, the full
    game and updates.

    My copy turned up from Simply Games on Saturday and managed to grab a few hours on it yesterday. I am really enjoying it after taking a year away from it (never played Ghosts) It does take a while to get used to the Halo style jumping but the once you have
    it is rather fun. The guns seem to be nicely balanced and I have not come across any lag but that is likely to change with the game being released today and more players online

    Az, from reading the COD boards there are 13 maps plus 1 bonus map "Atlas George".

    And 4 DLC map packs due in 2015.
