Call Of Duty Advance Warfare for Xbox One is seen as Unavailable in Xbox Store

The store says the game is Unavailable. I have been trying since 12AM Monday. I am still unable to get this to download to my Xbox One. If I do not get this by end of day, I am requesting a full refund. This is total b.s. that I am unable to get something
I spent my money on.

I love my Kinectless Xbox One, but I would definitely go for the Call Of Duty Advanced Warfare bundle even though I don't play Call Of Duty.

Then, I would trade in Call Of Duty Advance Warfare (if it comes in disc form) and if it comes in a Digital Download Code; then I mind as well play it.

Within the Xbox store the Digital Pro would take me to that link and it would show unavailable, but I was able to get it from this link wheich seems to be the same as this one for the Day Zero version. Hope these help.

I tried for an hour last night to get a refund via chat because I couldn't get my XBOX One copy. They never gave it to me. This is false advertising and they can get in trouble and fined for this. It's funny how I can purchase it again on the One, that
works of course. Anyhow, file a online complaint at the FTC and BBB. It's a very simple process and only takes a few minutes.

I have been a Live member for 8 years and spend thousands of dollars on XBOX services and goods a year, they want to loose me over $59..? Fine by me, here I come SONY.

No refunds. They're working on the issue. It's a bug, not false advertising.
