    Sooo i had xbox one and bought the standard call of duty. Upgraded to series x and the disc i bought for it that said Compatable for series x/s was a bold face lie it would not load past a black screen... So i bought the Digital standard/crossgrade/upgrade...... and i got past the black screen only to encounter yorker bad wolf 45 or whatever it is called. Than the game asked me to purchase from the store which i did already and back to the main menu is my only option. So i have now 2 games that do now work. No help in sight ive followed guidelines. And all that my iternet speed is 400mps low ping like 20 updates.

    In such cases, I recommend following the troubleshooting steps here:

    First, hold down the power button for about 10 seconds, until the console shuts off, then unplug the power cord and wait for 2-3 minutes before plugging it back in and turn on the Xbox.

    If the issue persists, please select System > Settings > General > Network setting > Advanced settings > Alternate MAC address: clear

    Then, please select System > Settings > devices and streaming > blue ray > persistent storage > clear three times > restart console.

    If you are still encountering the same issue, please select System > Settings > System > Console info > Select Reset console > Choose Reset and keep my games and apps

    I have the same problem what a let down no support for this game no time table on a fix nothing from XBOX except don't try to play the game. Thats not an option I paid for this game fix it fix the problem. Very angry right now. Probably won't buy the next one if Activision is involved in any way

    Sorry for the delayed response @R0b0man is K1ng, to be honest I've never heard of the PayDay games until I read your post. Mind you, it does look interesting, something I'll consider looking into.
