Discus and support Call Microsoft. They'll give you the codes in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Had the same issue in an earlier post. I contacted MS. They gave me my codes.     Had the same issue in an earlier post. I contacted MS. They gave me my codes. All downloaded without issue.

    Unable to purchase MS Points or Games on Demand

    If that doesn't work, you can also try calling xbox support and giving them that error code. They'll have more information than the website does.

    Sorry to hear it. What you'll need to do is give phone support a call. The method of resetting the pass code is linked to the specific console and it's serial number. They'll be able to work with you to reset the code.

    I talked to support; you don't have to hold, they'll give you a call back. ALL they'll tell you is they're having issues with Comcast. *sigh*

    If you cannot remember your email address for the tag just give support a call. They'll ask you a couple of account specific questions. If you can answer them then they'll give you the email address. The password, however, is up to you.
