'Call me back' on the XBox support site is not working. How do I get hold of them?

Are you able to see a recent charge for this amount or a subscription active in your account?
If you have more than one email please check the order history with each one

I would love to have it serviced however trying to get xbox to call me back has failed several times as i simply recieve the msg “support for this issue is unavailable” something around that i did get thru once claiming i needed support for billing but
after the call back i sat on a silent hold until the call dropped after 57mins, if u know how to get ahold of tech support and have them call me by all means i would be grateful, i dont know if putting a phone number is allowed so i wont add my number unless
asked for it

When I purchased it, there was nothing on the web site saying it won't work with Xbox one. If doesn't work, I need to get my money back. I did call the Xbox support and they said they can't refund me anything unless I go through this web site and confirm
there is nothing that can be done to make it work.

how did you get a hold on tech support, when i call all they do is send me a link to their online support that does nothing

And how do i get in contact with them? because the site i was given before just circles me back here
