    CALL ME BACK NOT WORKING


    Having issues with an Elite series 2 controller. It has already been replaced once by Microsoft and is out of warranty as I have been sent a refurbished unit.

    Cant speak to anyone as no number to call and the call me back feature doesn't work

    Can someone from Microsoft contact me please

    If your are trying to contact
    Xbox Customer Support     you can do this by following these steps:

    • Log into Support.Xbox.com

    • Scroll down, Click on Contact Us
    • Step 2 : Select See other options
    • Step 3 : Select your Issue – game won't start
      • Select - Show contact options
      • Select – Call me back

    A pleasure, to get game pass on your other devices, you need to make the other console your home Xbox of the account that owns the subscription, just one console can be the home Xbox so while you play on one with the account connected to Xbox alive the other has to be the Home Xbox
