    has anyone else had problems with support in romania, i have had nothing but problems, lying to me, putting the phone down purposely, doing everything they can not to deal with the customer, when tried to complain was told by 1 guy today manager wont even
    come to phone. even asked for ombudsman to write to about this appauling service, but the dint even have a clue about who they are.

    totally useless and waste of time, time for court i think.

    why are all calls going through to romania, i have 4 serious complaints about how they treat customers and am leaving xbox cant be doing with the lack of help they dont provide, there rude and ignorant and dont listen, but good luck trying to complain they
    wont let you do that either, cheers xbox

    Romania is not part of the countries where the Live service is supported:

    As consequence you are not able to contact support in this country.

    well all customer support calls and callbacks are going and coming from there, they are so unhelpful, but trying to get another number for UK call centre is like finding a needle in a haystack, thanks for the reply
