    I have to use the call back system because there is no other choice for the problem I have with my account. I am asked to provide my contact number and guess what? They keep calling but no one is on the other side, just pure silence. Once I cancel it, they
    call again 1 minute later & same thing happened. They just keep calling every minute for 5-6 times until I have to block that number.

    A pleasure, to get game pass on your other devices, you need to make the other console your home Xbox of the account that owns the subscription, just one console can be the home Xbox so while you play on one with the account connected to Xbox alive the other has to be the Home Xbox

    That's your Xbox set location or is where you physically are located? Have you tried using a different network already?

    Seems like a network issue, have you tried using a different network, it could be a mobile hotspot from your phone for example, this will help to test that

    As I mentioned on a new console you will need to make that one the home Xbox of the account that has the subscription active to share the subscription with other accounts or you need to use the one that currently has the subscription active
