    Reset the xbox and clear you mac mac for a bit. Contact technical support while you do this. So, they can help you!

    I update my xbox 360 and now it wont let me on xbox live I called xbox live after the update told them and they said that someone will called with in 24 to 48 hours and now its the 3rd day and no calls I think xbox live dont care about us and dont wont to
    fix our xbox 360.

    Yes I already did that but I also called xbox live and they told me to post up on the forums about it and a member from xbox live should read this and look into this further.
