    My suspension was lifted 2 days ago and it is not allowing me to play online or send messages. But when I get on a 360 game it allows me to send messages. It seems like it's only on Xbox one itself. In conclusion, my account is still banned but I have NO
    bans active. How do I fix this, I really want to play Xbox again. I've served my 2 week ban and I should Ben able to play. PLEASE HELP thank you and nun gamertag is @

    Same thing has happened to me with a communication ban. Xbox support says that only the Enforcement team can reverse it and to make a case review. However when the suspension is up you can't do that. Xbox support even told me, "Sugar, looks like you're ****
    in this situation. Best I can tell you is post on the forums and hope for the best."

    This is the common dealings with the XBLEPT.
