    I recently updated microsoft store . Earlier my xbox was working fine. Now it keeps having a WHITE SCREEN appear across my screen when i try to login. I tried reseting system, reseting my internet, unplugging my console and plugging it back in. Still the same result keeps happening. I tried messing with the 4k settings of what it views to my screen didnt work so i changed it back to 4k. i tried doing the reset thing with the eject and power button trick... same result. Its been working great until i did the recent update. So i have come to the conclusion its probably the update causing this White SCREEN to appear at my login keeping me from logging in even though it says I am connected to the internet i just need to login so i can connect to XBOX LIVE on my

    SERIES X! ....

    ps. Please help me fix this issue its really annoying and i love my new xbox series X but this WHITE SCREEN at login is annoying me and keeping me from gaming ..

    I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing some issues with your console.

    If you don't mind, please answer the following questions:

    - May I ask exactly how you reset your console?

    - Are you connected to the internet via WiFi?

    - Are there any external devices plugged into your console's USB ports?

    - Is the white screen coming up right when you select your profile?

    - Is this white screen completely blank? does it show a loading symbol?

    - Are you receiving any error codes/messages before, during, or after the white screen?
