    Dear all, i have been facing some issues with my xbox one x for few months. It is able to connect to xbox live when I use wifi but if I use ethernet cable it doesn't work, unless if I turn it off and turn it on repeated times. In this case, after many attempts it works. I tried to use different ethernet cables or different Router ports but no changes.

    i am having the same problem i even tried using my ethernet cable cable and it gets to the testing xbox live ans tells me it has failed.

    Did you restore to factory defaults on the xbox? Try another ethernet cable?

    support.xbox.com/.../set-up-transfer-cable

    Or you go to your download history and download all content again.

    You can move you safe games to the cloud and then back to your harddrive or leave it on the cloud.
