Cable Provider Updated Channels

Jaguar Communications is my cable provider and they have updated the channel list back in January. And after resetting my stuff for One Guide and going through all the troubleshooting for One Guide nothing has changed. It still displays as the old outdated
channels.

One Guide Support update

my cable provider recently made changes to channel listing, when does the guide get updated for this changes? Do i have to contact xbox directly for support with this? I have already tried a redo on my guide setup and that didnt fix anything, so is there
anything else that can be done. My provider is Cablevision in Bronx, NY

IPTV HD Channels Not Showing Up on OneGuide

I have Bristol Tennessee Electric Services IPTV cable service. Everything works great except all the channels above channel 836 do not show up in the OneGuide. I can get to them with the cable box remote but not through OneGuide. These seem to be the
channels that are exclusive to the IPTV service they provide. It looks like the xbox simply needs a way to get updated lineup information from BTES. I need to know how to get this resolved.

I chatted with tech support and they sent me here. Thanks for any help!

If the channel listing is showing incorrectly make sure to run through this
OneGuide Troubleshooter. If you still aren't able to get the correct listing be sure to report the channels with steps in the troubleshooter. Thanks for your patience with this!

^^What cable provider doesnt carry USA?

Its not redudant as not all channels offer On Demand service through cable providers. So you can have your cable hooked up to your xbox and enjoy these channels whenever, however you cant enjoy any of the shows whenever.

Same Problem.

I have an VU+ Ultimo Cable Box. My Provider Cable Germany.

The Channels are wrong. I cant Switch the Channels....I cant control the cable box.

Only the funtion on/off is working on the cable box

How can i Change this Settings.

not until there is a la carte cable channels. you have to have a cable provider to get anything right now, and they're not about to break up their cash cow.
