I'm sorry to hear the issue is still persisting. Let's try something else.

We are going to have to factory reset your Xbox, but there is an option to keep your content installed on the hard drive. It will just reset the operating system and act like it's a new console. Before going through the process make sure to have your account
information readily available as you will need to sign back into the account during set up. Make sure you select keep my games and apps.

What cable provider do you have? Here is the set up guide just for reference:

If you haven't done so already,
hard reset and power cycle your Xbox. Follow that guide to walk you through the process. I also suggest troubleshooting your cable box by turning it off and unplugging it from the Xbox.

Thank you very much zmaster2XXX for your quick response. I completely agree with you that resetting is the standard answer for this platform but I wouldn't have reached support if I wouldn't started by doing that.

Now that you mention it, it makes a lot of sense that the cable provider may have been involved somehow as it doesn't seem a global bug. Nevertheless, now it's a $400 junk stored in cellar, it's very good hardware though ... mmm, I wonder if I can install
Linux on it
