@MulchDavies - I suggest contacting BT and asking them to send you a Home Hub or going over the differences in settings with the Business Hub and the Home Hub. It seems that there's some sort of restrictive settings preventing you from downloading these
games from Xbox LIVE on the Business Hub.

hi, I believe this is old now, but the problem I had was actually with my BT Home Hub, not with the xbox itself. Turns out you have to click in some terms of acceptance when you add a new device on bt home hub. so what you do is, get on internet explorer
and go to any website. That will redirect you to your BT Home Hub page, and then you click on continue bla bla bla, from then your xbox will be able to send http requests and therefore get pictures and other items for the dashboard
