Cable box lagging

Discus and support Cable box lagging in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I just hooked my 360 back up to my tv where my ps3 was connected and now my cable box is not working.     Cable box lagging


    I just hooked my 360 back up to my tv where my ps3 was connected and now my cable box is not working. It was working fine prior to hooking up my 360 and I had no problems using my ps3 which was connected in the same spot. I've tried resting both xboxs, and
    now I am lost.

    Stream vid in the background = better experience

    Cable guy tuned my stuff up today. Im hitting a 20 down 20 up with a 25 ping at like 800 miles away which is "better" for me so far. I havent play online yet though. There was some water in one of the cable boxes and my HD connections on TV were "lagging",
    but thats all cleared up too. Hopefully no lag comp coming my way.

    My cable box runs through my xbox one. I also do not have volume along with the lagging.

    I did a hard reset of the xbox one 4 times and it seems to be working now.

    Can you connect your cable box directly to your TV? Does the sound still lag with the cable box directly connected to your TV?
