Hi all, I am getting the same code (0x87dd0019) in relation to Forza 5 Day One downloadable content (using the code supplied in the box). It says installation stopped, and then gives me this error code.

Any ideas? Have tried to redeem the code again, but it says it has already been redeemed. Anyway to remove the failed download and start it again?

No there's no error code. I am located in the UK and when I usually try and redeem it my location is set to the UK. I only changed my location to the US because the chat support rep told me to try that; I switched back to UK afterwards and again it failed
to redeem

When you try to redeem a code but it fails, it should show an error code.
Try redeeming the code again and take a picture of the error code, then write it here in the comments.

At the outset try to do a Hard Restart on your console.

if I have removed it how do I redeem it again cause it just shows as code already redeemed so I cant put the code in again
