Bypassing an Xbox 360 account passcode

I believe you are referring to the passcode of the account, the four-digit combination of button presses? The only way to remove this is by recovering the account, or knowing the passcode. I'm sorry, but if the passcode was easy to bypass, there wouldn't
be much point in having a passcode.

You may want to try one thing though, delete your account from the xbox one. Then go in and re download that account. That should allow you to bypass the passcode, I've had to do this once myself.

Hey there Karma! Just to be clear, there are two types of Passcodes on the console. One is when you try to sign into a profile on the console (account passcode) and one when you try to use certain functions on the console (family passcode).

The account passcode is simply bypassed by downloading the profile again. Since that doesn't seem to help, I'm assuming this is the family passcode. If you do not know this, or the answer to the security questions, you'll need to

Yes but it the bypassing the security and how did they get the passcode number and enter it at same time

If you have forgotten your passcode for your Xbox 360, you can reset it by answering the passcode question you created when you set up parental controls.

If you don’t remember your passcode question or don’t know the passcode for your Xbox 360, you can reset the passcode online.
You must meet the following criteria to be able to reset your passcode online:

• Your Microsoft account must be an adult account.
• The console must be registered in your name.

1. Sign in to your Microsoft account at Device services.
2. Register the Xbox 360 using the console's serial number.
3. Select More actions, select Reset passcode, and then follow the instructions to reset your passcode.
