Bypass family setting

Hi there,

in order to reset a family passcode you will need to contact Xbox Support, They will need some console detailsand will do something on their end, after which they will guide you through the steps to reset it on your end.

This is not a supported method for resetting the family code, as Lance mentions you should visit the reset site link he provided.

I have sent a link to this thread to one of the support agents for this forum in a Private Message. They should be able to escalate or assist you further with this glitch you have. If you have any/ or have found any videos on how to do this, I would strongly
recommend sending them to the support agent when they arrive in this thread. Meanwhile I will do a little digging online and see if I can find anything on how to bypass the family settings timer, and then pass them onto the Support Agents so they have more
evidence for their investigation into this issue.

But, are you a child? (Less than 18 or 21 yrs depending on where you live)
If yes, leaving the family group being a child is not going to bypass those settings

Hi as mentioned this means you're account is underage. Once an age is set it's permanent. While you can change the age anytime afterwards the system won't recognize it as a new age. This is to prevent kids from changing their ages to bypass things.

You will need a parent or someone older then you to make a family account and adjust the settings for you in the family settings.
