Bying Xbox 360 game on Xbox One

I want to buy an Xbox 360 game on my Xbox one but it keeps telling me that I don’t have any valid payment option registered even though it’s not true. I have.

Please help me, I don’t know what to do

I have the same problem when I try to buy it directly from the website

Remove card and add again, then try to buy product again, if it doesn't work then try to make direct purchase of Xbox 360 if possible

Try purchasing it from a different device. I typically buy the backwards compatible games using my PC and I don't have any issues.

try to buy from the Xbox marketplace site, but use the same account to avoid problems

Have you tried a different payment method? If not give that a try there may be some issue with the one you are trying to use.
