Thank you so much for replying Lucas, the problem still exists this morning when trying. There seems to be no outages reported for Xbox re your link, so I have raised a ‘Report a Service Outage’ and see what happens.

I don’t know if there is anything else I can try or do ?

The problem is that they website seems not to have a real support. Just a lot of simple pre-made Q&A. Do you know the exact part of their website where I can get support? After I was so frustrated that at the end I contacted Azure support center and asked
to forward to Xbox IT Security Manager

I bought it from the guy in local and I know my xbox is out of warranty. I have tried the solution in the support website but still no luck.

There is an issue in XBOX for showing the "Get your Ultimate free gift". It's just not showing it. So, there is no way to get the codes that were sent to you.

This "Outage" is NOT going to be resolved until the February update, according to XBOX Support, and the Manager "Keno" of that group was not willing or able to help out further.

Seems to be a known issue, that is NOT going to be fixed until February update, or even TALKED about publicly by Microsoft.

You guys at xbox support are useless. Thanks for nothing. the M$ way it seems.
