    you still insisting that microsoft support couldnt have solved my problem wich i agree but their orders are in a live rewards problem send the person o the rewards forum and that is something none of the 10 or plus agents didnt do even with the screenshot
    of the problem so you cant say they didnt had any fault on this and you are missing the important thing here because i was told the rewards team already had my case and was solving it wich they never did.

    you can say ok they didnt lie on porpose but the truth is that happened and it wasnt one or two saying that so it makes things even worse , you cant change the situation and make the person asking the help guilty of the wrong information given i guess anyone
    that reads this acts the same way when in contact with the support if they tell you wait 3 days for your awser or the correct team is dealing with your problem already you just wait and that is what i did.

    the fact that im posting here is exactly because what the support did took me the chance to solve this with the rewards team , what i get now is that they are sorry but since i didnt contact them while the promotion was on they cant do anything about it
    my problem is with the support and here are their awsers "We did not receive your case from Xbox Support so we did not know of your issue until you reached out on the Xbox Live Rewards forum. By then it was too late to enter the sweepstakes " "Unfortunately,
    we cannot do anything for you. You will need to work with Xbox Support." .

    isnt me telling this is them , the problem now is with the support for not doing their job well

    - This is the exact point. Xbox Support does not have a process or path to reach out to or transfer or communicate with other groups or other areas of Xbox.
    - The ONLY point of contact for the rewards and promotions group was within that rewards groups' specific forum.

    You contacted and repeatedly contacted Xbox Support for an issue that they could never fix or resolve since it was outside their scope of what they do. The assumption on your part and others, that Xbox Support can transfer or contact or do something on your
    behalf to reach another group is false.

    To repeatedly contact Xbox Support and expect a fix was an expectation on your part. The confusion on Xbox Supports' side was most likely due to the repeated contacts and created cases, and the assumption by other agents that since you had existing cases
    that there must be something that could be done or something was being done. The reason why nothing could be done further was because Xbox Support does is not the point of contact for the Rewards and Promotions.

    "the problem now is with the support for not doing their job well"

    - Xbox Support will never resolve everyone's issues to 100% satisfaction

    - Xbox Support should have, if they didn't, refer you to the rewards FAQ or the rewards and promotions forums

    - Xbox Support agents may learn from that until the next or new agent runs into this and this happens again

    The rewards group, whom would have be able to assist you to stated that they didn't know about your issue and it's too late. This is the end of that story. The rewards group can't do anything for you and Xbox Support never could. And to say that you've got
    attorneys involved just doesn't make sense to me.

    Your statement in the beginning "my point here is to tell to other costumers why i have this opinion agaist microsoft". You and others will have opinions about Microsoft. And people will have expectations and beliefs that Xbox Support
    can do this or that when Xbox Supports' area of focus is on or about the Xbox console or the account you use on the console. Xbox Support does not have anything to do with support for promotions, enforcement, games or game development and the list goes on.

    their point of view and after all this conversation you should have realized already that if the case took this direction wasnt because people are stupid or there is no reason for it.

    when i go to the support i expect one thing always and that is someone i can trust and believe in , a person that is there trying to help me and solve the problem because that is their job , you are right they could never solve my problem so their duty was
    to send me right away to the rewards foruns not send me to 10 wrong places making me contact everyone that didnt matter to solve the problem.

    their duty was to be honest and do things right telling me to go to the rewatds foruns not tell me to wait weeks because they sent the case to them when they never did , the costumers dont have to pay for them to have them doing this.

    i think i was very clear too when i said i would have acepted their apologies but not after behing insulted and ignored by them and that is why the compensation was asked , it wasnt one agent , neither two ou three a lot of them didnt do their jobs right
    all the conversations i had with them since day one are with me.

    i had a supervisor telling me that she would ask for my console and account to be blocked if i reported the fact that i asked informations on my case and who awsered me on the chat closed it in my face without awsering , this things are here with me and
    microsoft legal team said they was very sorry for some actions that some people did so im not the bad one here neither pretend to make microsoft the worst in the world to everyone but as my title says microosft is by far the worst company i had to deal with.

    as everyone else i had problems with some things i bought in some different places , problems with contracts whatever but no one acted like microsoft did and that is what makes microsoft little for me

    im not here asking for anyones help , i came here to expose a situation and talk about it .

    if i went the legal was exactly because did nothing to solve the problem they created nd by doing what they did the option rewards team was automatically out for the reasons i said.

    im not any expert on anything neither want to be but one thing i know disrespect , lies and imcompetence isnt aceptable no matter teh company or place.

    i acept and will always acept mistakes because no one is perfect but when you put mistake after mistake and disrespect the other part of the problem things change and even the legal awser was disrespectful is as easy as that
    As much as you continue to try and hold Xbox Support "accountable" it was never at any point before, during or after, their responsibility for your situation. They provided you the information the best they could with what they had available.

    Insisting that Xbox Support is there to lie to you, just make the whole conversation just an opinion.

    The support for your issue with the promotion and rewards items was only ever available in the Rewards forums. Of which, you're posting here the the Support forums which distances your issue further from any meaningful process to educate others.

    - no one ever will. These forums are users helping users. This is not Xbox Support. No one here can see, view or access your account information

    - Since you're pursuing legal action and you've stated you've spoken with attorneys, Xbox Support is not supposed to assist you further once you state you're seeking legal action

    - Any "contract" that you agreed to is under Microsoft's Terms of use and those terms are what you're bound too

    - Ultimately, you missed out on a Forza promotion. You're not going to get anything further from Xbox Support and the only ones that could be of assistance would have been the Xbox Rewards group. You're not going to see any support for your issue from here

    there is a very big difference between not behing able to help and lie on porpose causing problems to your costumers , how else can you explain that i ask a lot of times and the information that was given didnt even make any sense ?

    telling me that they already was taking care of the case was very wrong but a lot of more things happened and now the foruns you sent there from teh rewards team only have one awser for me" since you didnt contact when the hiveaway was on we cant do anything
