    Buzzing sound when I send a voice message.


    Hi! I have this issue where whenever I send a voice message on Xbox, I check what it sounds like and for some reason there's a slight buzzing noise. I can hear my voice though, but still, it's quite annoying. I'm using a Mic that I got for $20, so I'm
    not sure if it has to do with the fact that it's pretty cheap or not.

    Go to send someone a voice message and record you speaking (no need to send the message), when you have recorded it, select the playback option. Does the audio sound quiet to you when you play the message back?

    Semi Related but I've been having problems with voice messages since the update, one guy on my friends list only sends voice messages he refuses to type and now I get these audio messages with no sound so I have no idea what he is saying. Hope it

    Thanks for the post. I tried to send a message voice only and that eliminated the chance of being a game or chat only issue.

    There is no app for voice messages.

    When there is I hope I can also decide to tell my xbox in voice what to write so I can send voice messages in words lol

    When voice messaging comes back it needs the option to not allow voice messages to be received. I hate them with a passion, if that option does not come be warned, I will block/remove friends who send me voice messages.
