Buzzing/ ringing noise in headset

Hi guys. So I have bought a new white xbox controller, and I hear a small but annoying ringing noise in the headset. It's not really buzzing, and cant be heard by party members. It's more like the ringing noise caused by mic monitoring. I have lowered
it all the way down, but I still get a ringing noise. It is also similar to the ringing noise you may hear in your ear when everything is silent. Any fixes?

I always use my controller wirelessly by using the Pdp energizer charge station. I also have a play and charge kit which I used to use but no longer do. When I plug that wire in, it makes the noise worse

Make sure that it has a good connection. Sometime it falls out and can make this noise. Also, if you have the plug and charge kit, do not use the power cord as it will cause feed back to the mic. But check out the Mic Adapter to make sure first..

EDIT*

Do not use while playing and talking.. If you are not in a party or using your mic or charging while not playing it should be fine.

Yes, I have used the controller on my pc, phone, and minecraft xbox controller, and this program does not happen.I will try power cycling, if it works.

Hi there, If your headset is wired and you are charging your controller from the Xbox you will get a little feedback coming through the headset. Once you stop charging it, it should stop. Not to sure if this is the case, but in my past experience's it
has happened to me.

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely.
Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.
Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.
