Buying Xbox vouchers foor someone in a different region.

Easiest solution would be for your sister to send you the money & then you could buy a gift card in your local currency.

Pretty sure you used to be able to by gift cards for people in different countries/regions but I can't find the link for it at the moment.

She would need to make the purchase at a local retailer in Sweden to make that happen. There isn't a way to purchase currency across regions like that.

It means the region code for your console and game are different. Which means you need to buy the proper region Game to play in your Xbox, or buy a new Xbox, with the proper region.

On the Microsoft Store your payment method's region has to match the region you're shopping in. My best advice is to purchase it from a different website that provides vouchers for different regions.
