    Buying XBOX ONE from Germany


    Hello

    I want to buy Xbox One with some games from Germany, but I live in Egypt

    My main concern is if i bought the Xbox from their, will the language be in German or it depends on the region of my account?

    also if i bought the games and they were in German, could i download a language pack for English language?

    please help as I am traveling there soon and it is much cheaper if i bough it from there

    Importing an Xbox One from germany

    I'm probably going to Germany by the end of December-January to pick up an Xbox One. Germany is just 30 minutes by car so no big deal for me. Anyway, I was wondering if I'm going to have trouble using digital content since I'm importing it, and the Netherlands
    Xbox LIVE servers are not up and running yet. Also, what are some good games that I could get? I was thinking about ACIV, BF4, and Forza Motorsport 5. Thanks in advance!

    Hi,

    I'm from Sri Lanka. My mother went to Germany and she said that she'd buy me an Xbox from there. Can any of you please tell me if I might face any problems when using the Xbox bought from Germany in Sri Lanka (limitations in terms of voltage ,software ,game
    selections,etc).

    Another thing is that my mom is buying the Forza Horizon 3 edition, so will I be able to download it in Sri Lanka.

    One day i bouhgt a card for 25 dollars but when I got the money it was on germany so I switched from Austria to Germany and bought gold and now I can't buy gold. And now I bought a code for gold reedemed it and then, the same message as on the xbox came
    and now I didn't got the money back!

    Sounds like you bought the wrong version of the dlc, if you bought the [us] dlc it should work, but if you bought the one from Germany it won't work with your console, you should probably try and set your console region to Germany or buy a German console.

    On another note, couldn't someone from the Netherlands just buy one in Germany? It's only a 20 min drive from where I live. Would this give me any problems?

    I think, the only way is to buy a HDMI switch, to go from one to two cable.
