Buying xbox 360 on the xbox store and won't work

Hi I am trying to play an xbox 360 game on my xbox one and it is saying i can't play online this is not the only game it does this to and on other games it doesnt even save my progress

Games for Windows games only work on PC, they won't work on your Xbox 360. If you want to play it on Xbox 360, you'll need to buy the Xbox 360 copy.

Can you not apply money in your microsoft account to live purchases?

You could always buy from the web store front for th e xbox one except for last week

Thanks for reaching out to us and sorry to hear about the issue with the backwards compatible games. Go ahead and try to Clear the Local Xbox 360 storage. Follow the steps below:

Click the Xbox Button on the controller to bring up your Guide

Scroll right to System

Select Settings

Select System

Select Storage

Select Clear local Xbox 360 storage

Once you clear the local Xbox 360 storage go ahead and launch your games again and give it a try.

It's to do with how the Xbox 360 store works. You won't be charged, it is a throw back to 360 days.

Well no you can't use a bahamas payment options on xbox as you aren't a supported region

If you are trying to buy bc titles it won't work without a xbox 360 for prepaid balances

You would only be able to use ms balance for Windows store not xbox store on Windows with a bahamas payment option

Support solution is to buy the games on own console or a friends one. So they won't fix the broken Xbox 360 store on the website.
