I e tried this riute and it just sends me around in circles. Most times i get back to this web site. Or there is page that says the system is nit working properly and they cant help me. Its a circle from hell. Ive been to this customer suport site a 100
times and there is no support just a run around. Redirecting me from one page/site to another, one lame answer to anothe lame computer answer that picks out certain words that have nothing to do with my problem and then the trail kicks me out.

Choose the most appropriate category for your issue (I just found out, that the selection is country specific. In Germany I get a separate billing icon with credit card, and on the US website I get a "Billing & Accounts" icon with a guy and a gear symbol).

Should a box with a virtual agent show up, click on the smaller "See other options" link.

In the US, choose "Payment & Billing", or if you have a separate Billing category, choose "Error messages".

There should be a box with suggestions, and at the bottom should be a button to "Show Contact Options". Click that.

Depending on the time of day and times of operations in your country, you should then be able to "Chat with Xbox Support" or "Request a callback", where a support agent will call you on the phone.

You might have to try and choose different topics and categories, if your country has different categories. But eventually, you should be able to find a combination that shows you the appropriate support contact options.
