buying xbox 1 account with game loaded ebay is this legal ?

Hi can say if this LEGAL or not ? some said it was agaist Mirosoft terms and conditions and some else said it was NOT.What i see is on ebay people selling digtal games not a 25 digit code or shared account but it seems there buying games ftom the suppliers
from other regions where its alot cheaper.I have see alot of people the games buy i want to make sure it safe and legal before i make my choice and buy a game and not get banned etc.Here is a link below ex=sample

If you're buying from eBay or anyplace else that seems "cheap", make sure you are buying a code to apply to your account, and not some "account loaded with points!!1!" because those accounts are probably stolen. Even if the account isn't stolen, it
could be loaded with points from a stolen credit card, and in any case, recovering other random accounts on your console
is likely to get your console and account banned from Xbox Live.

 

marketplace and those licenses

no, i mean, i did something wrong, buying xbox profiles with points from ebay and got banned for marketplace theft. im mean thats ok, i didnt know thats something against the MS terms, but its just fair if it was/is. but i bought games with this accounts
and also with my in this case legal gamertags i have on my xbox. but i can play ALL games i bought with every gamertag on the xbox, which is clear because the licenses are on the xbox to and this is connected to live. but i dont know which games i bought with
which gamertag, so if i play a game which is bought by this "illegal ebay point profiles" do i get banned again?

Buying and selling accounts is a violation of the terms of service/Code of Conduct. So you would put yourself at risk for having the accounts banned and possibly the console.
