buying vbucks

ive just purchased some vbucks off the xbox store i went on my account on my pc which my xbox is linked to and i have there is no vbucks

i downloaded it straight from epic games ive done this whole thing before went on my xbox bought the vbucks went back on to pc and they were there but you know since my xbox live is gone i abit worried about buying it off the xbox store and not having
the vbucks

If you were charged to the correct Microsoft account but still do not have your vbucks

after a power cycle, then I recommend contacting
Epic Games support to submit a ticket with the developers. Microsoft cannot add missing in game currency to accounts. Only the developers can do that.

You should also check your bank statements to see if a charge has gon through on the CC.

Sorry you are having issues with the V-bucks not appearing. I would recommend trying to
remove and re-add your account.



Side Note: It is very important to make sure you know the primary email/password to the account before removing it from the console.
