Buying Ubisoft (Make it happen if possible)

It happens the same to me, I bought the pass for 3 months, and it does not download anything. I have tried it 3 times in 2 different days, restoring the factory console and still without downloading unlimited content.

I have also been told to connect with ubisoft, and so I have, and Ubisoft has told me that the issue has to solve xbox, since the content is bought from the store microsoft, and not from the ubisoft store.

So they all send us from one to the other, and they have not solved the issue. The only solution that has given me xbox, to make the returns of the 3 payments made, and discounted from my credit card.

It seems to me a very incompetent solution of both xbox and ubisoft. I do not get it.

And we continue without pass or possibility to buy it, and have lost the time of 3 mornings.

Since the issue happens when you are redirected to the Ubisoft connect app, it's possible an app issue with Ubisoft.

Please make sure that your Windows is up-to-date and go to your Microsoft Store > Library > Get updates to keep your apps and other services updated.

You may as well reset or repair the Ubisoft connect app by going to Start > Settings > Apps > Apps & features > Find the app > Advanced option > Reset/Repair.

I'm positive that Microsoft would find a way to make it work you make it sound impossible when it's not I'm a Programmer/Designer at Ubisoft trust me when I tell you it's very possible.

GTA has nothing to do with Ubisoft. It is a Rockstar game. Are you sure about the error you are seeing? Can you possibly share a picture of what happens when trying to play GTA?
