Buying stuff on xbox

I put 10 dollars in my account and i already had 2 dollars in my account so i shouldve had 12 dollars in my account but when i went to go buy something it said i only had the original 2 dollars. I went t my microsoft account on my phone and it said i had
12 dollars so i thought it was a visual glitch soitried buying what i i waed to buy but it didnt work. So i tried buying so ething for 2 dollars and it worked but it kept on saying i had 2 dollars. Its Iten almost a week and it still says i have 2 dollars
on xbox but my actual account balance is 98 cent. I really need help fixing this problem

Everything you purchase is tied to your account. So unless you're sign into your friend's account when you make the purchases, they should not be transferring to them. If they are automatically downloading to their console, you would need to make sure you
have your own console set as your Home.

Hi. Can anyone help me, i am wanting to remove all ways to make payments from the Xbox as my son is “accidentally” buying vbucks and roblox. He has spent over £50 this week. I can’t afford it.

If it doesn’t work the first time try it again later, the xbox servers having been acting up.

Is he buying them on your account? You could just set him up with a child's account or you could add a security code to your own account.
