    Buying stuff for avatar


    Every time I want to buy items for my avatar, I’m getting sent back to the main page of the avatar store. And after that, when I try to open a category on the main page, I keep ending up one main page, no matter how much I try to open different categories.

    Do I have a bug on my console or what’s goin’ on?

    Not to overstate the already overstated but i think you're talking about microsoft points and/or avatar awards, which, are free and are unlocked through gameplay.

    What you're referring to is Microsoft points. Those were not points earned from games. It was just a type of currency Microsoft used for purchases in the marketplace. The points system was discontinued in August. So now everything is in your local currency.
    You can still add money to your account without having to use a credit card though by purchasing a prepaid card.
