Buying Robux for Xbox One for my daughter

Hi, I am trying to get Robux for my daughter to use on Xbox One. She has a $25 Xbox Gift Card and has managed to redeem it so it shows as credit on her MS Account. But when she goes onto Roblox/Robux the message on screen says that there are no items available and to try again later. Numerous resets, checking permissions and searching the internet and I'm still no further forward. My daughter is desperate to use her birthday gift and I'm all out of answers. Very frustrating, can anyone help?

To summarise:

Gift card redeemed successfully and $25 shows as credit on her account.

Permissions set to ask for purchase except for credit on account or gift cards.

You need to buy the Robux from the Microsoft Store on the Xbox. Go to Roblox on the Microsoft store, then go down and you should see the robux. Just buy which robux you want.

I'm sorry you are experiencing this with your missing purchased Robux.

I just want to clarify, is your daughter's Xbox account is also your Microsoft account?

Note: Microsoft account and Xbox account are one and the same.

If not, I'm afraid it is not possible to transfer any purchased games/addons/in-game currencies from one account to another. You will need to play the Microsoft Xbox account where the Robux was purchased on Roblox in order to use the purchased Robux in-game.

To confirm which Microsoft account the Robux was purchased, sign in on account.microsoft.com > go to payment and billing > order history > select the date of range when you purchased Robux.

If you have confirmed that you have purchased Robux on your Microsoft account instead of your Daughter's Microsoft account, I highly recommend you request a refund on your account and repurchase Robux on your daughter's account. You can try to request a refund through this link:

Not quite helpful.

I used to be able to robux before. This isn't ingame. It's in the app. You cannot use points to purchase on the website.

You can buy robux on PC. On the Microsoft app version. Ive tried resetting etc.

Weridly enough I can buy robux on my other Microsoft account but its not sufficient in credits but I never used it. While when I did buy robux all of the orders went there. Not through my current one.

I've seen the same thread posted in january but it wasn't answered. I had to upload £10 to my daughter's account to be able to purchase 79p's worth of robux on her PC. now I want to use the rest of my balance, but i'm only offered robux for Xbox.
She doesn't have an Xbox. Before you say buy from the game, that won't allow her microsoft balance to be used, DESPITE being logged in to both things with the same email

You can try to download the roblox application via microsoft store, then it will give you the option to purchase using your microsoft balance
