buying/renting a movie

HI im trying to rent a movie. The problem is I put in all my information and were the state/postcode is, its American states/postcodes. Ive tried surport online but no help.Is there anyone out there that might be able to help me out with my problem?............thamks

renting/buying movies ?

If the account is your sons then you can set parental controls to allow or disallow what he can do.

support.xbox.com/.../xbox-live-parental-control

or set the online safety settings again, allowing or disallowing actions.

renting/buying movies ?

just noticed that my son had rented a couple of movies. Is there anyway that I can keep that from happening?? I have to have card on file for the monthly payment , but I do not want anything else bought with it. How can I block movie rentals??

Have you checked your billing profile? I think your Microsoft Account/Xbox LIVE account are linked to your billing profile. You can make the necessary changes there. You can also change your active region on your Microsoft account so that you're able to
use local currency.

Regarding with your account, If you wish to change your billing information to the exact state and address in your region is by simply going to the website www.xbox.com, sign in to your account (make sure that you are currently signed in to the exact account
to the website), go to account and scroll down at the bottom of that page and look for Change your Region. After changing your region in AU, go back to the same page and change your billing address.

To take affect what you have changed into your Account Information, you need to delete and redownload profile into your console (Make sure you know the password and email address linked to the gamertag).

Hope things will be working smoothly =)

I wouldn't spent 1600 Microsoft points to rent it.... And it says if you rent or buy a movie in purchase history and says if it is expired.. I bought this movie
