    Hi evrybody,

    I have a problem with my Xbox game pass : It has been renewed because i didn't had time for cancel auto-renew and i don't want buy it. Can i be reimbursed?

    not to long ago i purchased far cry 3 over xbox market wicth is over priced but when i puchased it it charged me but didnt download so if i go on the market it asks me to buy it again i dont know why this is i just find it really annoying that it took
    my money and i dont get the game please help me

    Sorry to hear about your problem.



    But, the Marketplace system will only ask for payment again if the DLC was not purchased. Are you sure you were charged for it? Check your Download History here:
    Sign in to your Microsoft account



    If you see the game on this list, then you were charged for it. You should then contact Xbox Support

    (http://support.xbox.com/en-US/)     and have them look into it.

    If you (or whomever made the account) inputted your age as less than the ESRB age for the game (Age of Empires, in this case), then Xbox LIVE will not allow you to buy the game. You will have to go onto your parents' account to download the game or wait
    until your account thinks that you are old enough. Sorry.

    Try to wait for a little while mate, this might be some glitch, because if you have the balance, it should not be charging you the full price.
