Buying Premium option

If you're referring to the Microsoft Casual games, like Solitaire or Wordament, I think the purchase is device based. I'm not certain, but I think the best place to get a definitive
answer would be
Microsoft Casual Games Support.

Are you referring to Gamepass Ultimate? If so, the membership is tied to the account and not the console/PC. You should be fine to be logged into multiple computers, you just can't be logged into them at the same time I believe.

For most games/programs, when you purchase any addons or in this case a premium option, those licenses are attached to your account so as long as you sign in using the same account you should have the same items on different devices.

They have air superiority listed as an option, but it's only available to Premium players. They do it to tantalize you to buy Premium!

Sadly, power cycling did nothing. It's still giving the message, "already purchased" on a couple, literally only a couple, in the "car packs" menu, which are not showing in my garage, and with all of the rest, bringing up the purchase options(premium bundle, "buy 1 car", etc.), and then, showing the option to purchase the premium bundle, again, when I click on premium bundle. I checked my add-ons section for the game, and the premium bundle is listed, but there's no option to activate it, or anything like that. Is there something I'm not doing to activate it, or something?
