    I got the same problem... I don't know what to do, I re-added my credit card informations, checked the funds, even changed the credit card to another one to be able to buy... but nothing! I just can't buy.

    you can go into Xbox support and have them call you, id remove all payment options from the account, you can not stop any digital payments you possibly be refunded if the points are still on the account it depends on if xbox support will do that.

    If you're already an Xbox One owner, you would not receive any credits.

    If you're a 360 user who is upgrading to a One you can earn 30,000 credits.
