Buying pearls on Back Desert Online

I had recently purchased a Pearl box item in the game Black Desert. And about two days ago i requested a refund through the Xbox website and got my refund accepted. Yet i haven't received my money back or acces to the game due to this.

I would love to see Black Desert come to Xbox as well. I've been wanting to play it for some time now. You might reach out to Pearl Abyss about them releasing it on Xbox.

Thanks for the update. This has been an issue with refunded things on Black desert. You will need to reach out to the developer. Personally think they restrict access until the pearls have been removed from the account.

I'm not familiar with the game but did your grandson purchase the 6000 Pearl's while trying to buy in game items.

For example he wanted to buy a house and recieved a prompt to purchase the pearls.

• 500 Pearls to use in game.
• IMPORTANT: The item packages included in the bundles will only be sent to the server that corresponds to the region where the product is purchased.

The issue will be resolved by the developer of Black Desert.
