I bought player unknowns yesterday as a pre order and it said it only online but i never recieved it then i check my email and it said it was being shipped but I never received either but it says it was shipped to my house but I don't have it online or offline

Xbox.com Purchases

Buying games from Xbox.com is the exact same thing as buying from the Marketplace on the console so everything is pretty much Digital, Now on Microsoft.com you can buy physical copies of the game and they sometimes have deals as well for physical copies.

The pre order that was available online on the Microsoft store yesterday was for a physical copy, that shipped a code inside of a box for you to redeem the digital copy for. This is likely what you purchased. So now you would wait for it to arrive.

I also accidentally bought that physical copy like probably 100 000ds of others, i even bought twice the mess, i was always with Microsoft but i was never so disappointed as i am now with my Xbox X purchase and that PUBG 60 FPS
promise and hype wich probably never comes true.

This whole thing looks really embrassing for Microsoft.

The 60 FPS was never promised, and was announced as 30 fps on both consoles before launch. Although this is in game preview so that in theory could change. While it did state that the product was for a boxed versions, and it indicated
there would be shipping, they could have been slightly more clearer on the verbiage I agree as some people will rush through without reading heavily.

You're not eligible, you bought it before the rewards came out. And had to buy it through microsoft.com
