    Having Minecraft Java version with Windows 10 version

    Hello

    I bought Minecraft Windows 10 version, but It was a mistake.

    I have also one computer with Windows 7 and I can't use Minecraft Windows 10 version on this environnement version.

    Is that possible for you to cancel my order L: 4497045594?

    After speaking with Xbox support on Twitter it seems it's possible.

    With Minecraft Java version, I can have Minecraft Windows 10 version for free.

    Apologies for this confusion because Minecraft via Mojang's site, we can have also Windows 10 version for free (after buying Java version) but not vice versa.

    Many thanks for your help.

    Free Redeem Code Already Redeemed

    I have already bought the PC version of Minecraft and I have a Windows 10 computer. I would like to now get the Windows 10 Edition but when I went to get the redeem code it said it was claimed on March 5, 2016 when I got the computer around July 16, 2016
    so there was no way I could have redeemed the code without having a Windows 10 computer. My previous computer was Windows 8 so I couldn't have redeemed it there. Please tell me how I can get the Windows 10 version without buying Minecraft again.

    I bought the Windows 10 version of Minecraft by mistake, but the one I wanted was the java edition.

    I saw that anyone who buys minecraft java edition is entitled to minecraft Windows 10. Is the reverse also true? Who buys minecraft windows 10 is entitled to minecraft java edition?

    If so, how do I access the java edition version at no additional cost?

    Also please make sure you bought the right version. There are three Minecraft games in Microsoft Store.

    They are -

    Minecraft(If you want to play it on Xbox One, you should buy this version)

    Minecraft for Windows 10

    Minecraft for Windows 10 Mobile.

    Minecraft and Minecraft for Windows 10 share the same pic in Microsoft Store.
