    Hello everyone

    My xbox region is Germany, my Microsoft store region is Germany, my payment info is in Germany, my address are updated and reflect Germany. Everything I have check says Germany. Yet when I try to purchase games it keeps telling me.

    Try a different way to pay or change your Microsoft store region. The region where your payment was issued and your Microsoft store region need to match.

    I have checked all and the regions and address all match in xbox, payment method and store.

    Customer service can't help either. What do I do?
